A\nrestaurant was shut down after health inspectors found 60 live cockroaches\ninside a microwave in its kitchen. Parallel China Express in Kansas City,\nKansas was temporarily closed by the Kansas Department of Agriculture after two\nfailed inspections in late October and early November found an apparent\ncockroach infestation. The inspector found six \u2018priority\u2019 violations when they\nvisited the restaurant on October 29, noting five live roaches in the dish area\nand 30 live roaches on the cooks\u2019 line, on the wall and in equipment. Roaches\nwere also found in holes in the ceiling and wall, behind the steam table and in\nreach of the cooler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
